Upon entering the store, there was a girl working at the Acai counter who didn't acknowledge me at all. Nobody was manning the kebab counter. I waited AGES inside to even be noticed. I nearly walked out from frustration.
I bought a large mixed-meat HSP meal and it was brought out promptly. Everything was fine except for the lamb shavings, which went cold very quickly and tasted so fatty. The rice and chicken components were tasty.

We walked in to an absolute hub of vibes. Ella was our server and she answered all our dumb questions about arab sodas. A server in more ways than just one!
But then, the food came. And what can I say…Best HSP of my life. Absolutely smashed it. Clean plate. Dirty bulk. No notes.

Horrible Food Doing the bare minimum to make it, got a seperate order for medium chips took more then 15 mins, Lamb and Chicken taste old, sauce is chunky, Got gym pack order completely wrong, mushy as rice n thought they’d make it better by adding cumin seeds and can’t even shave the meat properly. Do better honestly

Ordered online a meat and salad pack and a meat pack.
Received a meat and salad pack with no sauces and no meat pack.
Really disappointed, always enjoyed their food but this is really bad service from them.
