Tried the summer burgers and was sad seeing the quality of the eggs Understand it was busy being after school and it’s hot cause of the heat but having rubber eggs is a quality control issue

I recently tried the Whopper at Hungry Jack’s, and unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The patty, while sizable, had a high fat content that overpowered any other flavors. What used to be a juicy and flavorful burger now feels greasy and heavy. The sauce was also disappointing, with only a few drops of tomato sauce that failed to add the tanginess the burger needs. The overall quality of the Whopper seems to be changing, and not for the better. For a burger that once set a high standard, this experience was a letdown. The chips were great hot and crispy with the added chicken salt, a huge improvement. The question should it be crowned still as burgers are better at Hungry Jacks . Obviously cost of goods is forcing the shaving on quality. I believe higher price is justified for higher quality or to bring in better quality products.

I recently went through this hungry jacks drive through twice, and both times my orders were wrong. Last time I ordered, I ordered a chicken burger among other things, I went through the drive through to collect my order and my chicken burger wasn’t even in my bag. I had to pull over, enter the store, and ask for it, to see it lying on the counter. I then came to Hungry Jacks AGAIN today, and asked for sauce with my tenders, and the sauce was not in the bag, I didn’t even bother going into the store to collect it. The ordering process was stressful, and then I didn’t even get what I ordered and paid for.

The chips are almost always good which is impressive, but they didn’t put cheese on my burger and said I had to call the help line instead of just giving me cheese lmao

I ordered three plant-based burgers along with some other food through the app and picked them up from the drive-thru. When we started eating, we were shocked to find that all the “plant-based” burgers were actually made with meat patties. This is absolutely unacceptable. My partner is a lifelong vegetarian and has never eaten meat because of her religious beliefs. This mistake caused her a lot of distress and has left us really upset. When I went back to return the burgers, I wasn’t offered any form of compensation or apology beyond a simple refund, which honestly felt dismissive given the seriousness of the situation.
