Horrible experience, I went with my sister to relive our after primary school ice cream days. The staff were extremely rude and didn’t even greet us when we walked in. It wasn’t even busy. We picked our ice creams and mixers that were basic caramel koalas and 1 brownie. We paid $27 for 1 regular and 1 large ice cream despite the price in the screen being $9 and $11 plus $1.70 for toppings each. Should have cost around $24 and when we asked for the receipt we saw that we were charge for 3 “premium” toppings which cost extra. She said that brownies and cookie dough were premium but we only got 1 brownie? Once she realised her mistake she was extremely rude saying “fine I will give you 30 cents back” in an extremely rude way, making it seem that we were making a big deal over 30cents. First it was very unnecessary the way she was speaking to us because we were only asking and second it isn’t about the money it is the principle of being overcharged and her not caring or acknowledging her mistake to us. Disgusting and overpriced, we will never return!!!

Went for loaded shake was listed $12.90 on the menu, I picked off the advertising poster. When the lady charged me it was $17 saying $12 is just for ice cream and milk which is screwed… you can get cheaper elsewhere.
If I knew the mix ins were going to cost extra (which were the advertised) I wouldn’t have bought it. $12 for a milkshake is disgusting. Never again. Please tell customers what they get before you rob them blind like me.

I came in with 3 other friends 5 minutes before closing tonight (22 October 2025) and had a lovely lady serve us. We felt bad coming in late and staying 5 minutes after closing, but the worker’s attitude and lovely words of affirmation made our night! I hope she receives the recognition that she deserves for her wonderful service

Amazing service! The lady that was working today (7th of October) was so sweet and kind and just made our day :) ice cream is also so delicious, brings me back to my childhood 🥰

1 star for the rip off prices. a small kids cone costs $7.20. For this price I’d rather buy a tub of ice cream from the supermarket. You can get better ice cream at other ice creameries for less.
Also the store had the ice cream covered with foam sheets to keep it cold until customers come in?
To scan the membership card on my phone, the server took my phone over the counter to scan..
Just an overall unfulfilling experience.
