Swiss Bakehouse

Great little spot in Mount Waverley. Service was amazing, with the staff keeping the entire place extremely clean and they were really nice too. I bought a pesto chicken sandwich and they very slightly burnt it, but as a result I got 2 free chocolate croissants! The sandwich still tasted great, and it tasted even better knowing that I received the croissants. Thank you to the amazing staff at the Swiss bake house. 5 stars.

Often come here for their pepper beef pies. They also do great matcha lattes! Lovely experience.

Whilst the food is very good here, the service is not quite so good. I walked up to the counter and was the only one there and then an elderly lady walked up. I offered for them to serve her first, the three people serving then proceeded to serve her and two other people without any acknowledgement of myself. I had to gain the attention of one of the staff standing in front of me in order to be served. No apology for ignoring me was given not even acknowledging the fact that I had been standing there waiting whilst they took orders from people not even at the counter. It would be great if the quality of the service matched the excellent quality of the food.

Beautiful cafe and bake house. Huge array of cakes and Savoury items. We settled on the chicken schnitzel roll and spanakopita. Both were excellent. Coffee and Iced Chocolate great too. Service was fast and efficient. Highly recommended.

We placed an order with Swiss Bakehouse for 20 staff members, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Jamie and the team were extremely accommodating and genuinely friendly, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. There is a huge range of pies, sausage rolls and other delights to choose from including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options; all of which were delightful. In particular, the pies we ordered were an absolute hit! Individually packed for us; they looked incredible and were bursting with flavor. Everyone commented on how delicious they were. It's rare to find a caterer who nails both exceptional customer service and incredible food, but Swiss Bakehouse truly delivered on both fronts. Highly recommend them for their hot food; sweet treats and awesome service; you won’t be disappointed!
