Absolutely miserable customer service from the younger lady there today at about 12.30pm. Its not difficult to sounds mildly happy, and serve with a smile. When you are selling bread, you dont have much to distiguish yourself, so customer service matters. Disappointing

Just watched the young man who served my husband and I (his name started with T), use his bare hands to open the paper bags he put our food in, by reaching right in and puffing them up. What's the point of using the bits of plastic to handle the food, if you're going to handle cash (which I paid with) and then shove your hands in to the bags the food goes directly in? Won't be back. Disgusting.
