This branch is going downhill. Definitely no star for it. Service is very poor. Ordered a family feast and the pack was filled with mainly chicken breast portions and one tiny drumstick.
KFC, please get your standard right.

I ordered 4 drumsticks from KFC Springvale and was really disappointed. Only one piece was a normal size — the other three were tiny, like chicken legs from a chick! For the price I paid, I expected consistent portions. The taste was okay, but the size difference made it feel like poor value. KFC Springvale needs to pay more attention to quality and consistency. Not the first time having a bad experience in Springvale.

Just went through kfc Springvale drive thru & ordered a 3 piece combo large pack. Get to window to collect my order only to get told they have only 2 pieces of chicken. Asked if I wanted to wait 10 mins or get something else to replace I asked for chicken nuggets with sweet & sour sauce. Well , I got 2 pieces of chicken, large chips , 4 nuggets & no sauce. For $ 16.95 I was expecting at 6 nuggets & sauce as requested. Seriously either employ people that know what they are doing or shut the doors. Pathetic.

Serviced by 2 Indian government employees today, took 25 minutes to get my order as no due to they said no chicken left, they also offered Lethal dose salt on the chips as compensation.

I around 8 pm and this what I got it Deepfry twice. On the screen show full. But come out only half, the chicken wing are like QUAIL wing. Meat are dry. Next time I better do it my self. Waste of money. VERT DISAPPOINTED AND I WONT COME BACK AGAIN.
