Honey Chino might look appealing at first glance, but the reality is far from it. The place isn’t tiny, but it’s certainly not big, and for what it is, the prices are extremely high. The entry fee doesn’t include snacks or drinks, and you’re not allowed to bring your own food — which would be fine if their menu offered anything remotely nutritious. Instead, it’s mostly sugary or processed options.
What really bothered me was how manipulative the setup feels. At the entrance, before you even pay, there are toys and grab machines positioned perfectly to get kids excited and parents pressured into spending more. Inside, there are even more of these “toy trap” machines, designed purely to make you spend extra.
They also make you take your shoes off, fair enough, but you’re required to hand them over and can’t keep them with you. It left me wondering if it’s part of a system to enforce the two-hour limit and possibly charge extra if you stay longer. The whole experience feels over-controlled and profit-driven, not family-friendly.
I walked out feeling disappointed and taken advantage of. Definitely not a place I’d return to or recommend.
*Edit after owner's response :
• Please note that the owner replied to my review two months after my visit.
• Their claim that I was “rude to staff” is fabricated. I had no issue with the staff, who were polite and professional.
• This tactic feels like a weak and disappointing attempt to discredit my review rather than address the points I raised.
• If the owner’s response relies on inventing behavior that never happened, it only reinforces the concerns in my original review that the issues I raised are intentional and there is no willingness or intention to rectify them.

I hope management see this and do make some changes. I came on Father’s Day with my little one on a Sunday. Friendly staff felt very warm and welcomed into the kids cafe. Everything is five stars and more I do have some feedback .
Regarding the kids lunchboxes the fresh one I had ordered for my little one. I asked for ham not to be in the ham and cheese sandwich. Instructions were followed thank you however They should really invest in some nuttlex which is dairy free and soy free? to put in sandwiches as the sandwich was very dry. It was just bread and cheese, they should have margarine on offer. As it was quite hard to swallow
Regarding upstairs after having a car accident and hurting my back and still wanting to be involved playing with my little one it made it really inconvenient bending down in such a small space. I did see a few kids walk into Into and bumped their head along the way I just think it’s very inconvenient. They should’ve made it a regular size in between the walls
Also instead of playing the jazz piano boring music for a kids cafe music should be a little bit upbeat or kid songs To make it more enjoyable….
Thank you again. It was one of the cleanest places and very enjoyable for the kids. I also enjoyed myself. I’m glad that it’s not overly busy.

We’ve been coming here since our bub was just crawling! It’s always clean and feels really safe, so we’re happy to let the little one roam around freely. Such a relaxing spot for parents, and the kids absolutely love it. The food’s great too — highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have attended this play centre multiple times and my children love it here, hence we decided to throw our daughters 1st bday party here too. We were so impressed with their seamless coordination on the day and they were so organised I did not need to remind them or ask them to things as they are a very well rehearsed and coordinated team who take care of everything for you. It made the day very stress-free and enjoyable for us. We would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a stress and hassle free option for their kids bday party. All the kids also had lots of fun :)

Gorgeous light filled play center full of colour and lots fun things to do. Plus it has a miniature train. A cafe serving healthy tasty food too. Best play center I’ve ever been to!
