Long time fan of Daniels from when it first opened with a spot you would come for a fresh donut. Have not had one in a while - stale and the icing has become like melted plastic with a foul coffee like taste. Once fluffy donut is now dense and heavy. Service was good but blaring music made it difficult to communicate with staff with neither able to hear each other.

Totally disappointed. A big fly was enjoying the doughnuts.
Team should take care about the cleanliness. God knows how much larvae she laid already on the doughnuts.
PS. I have mentioned that to the team but no action was taken.

Issue with Drink Packaging at Daniel Donut, Springvale
I recently picked up an order from Daniel Donut in Springvale for a customer delivery to Clayton Hospital. The order included three hot coffees and one iced coffee.
Here are the issues I encountered:
1. One iced coffee had no straw.
2. One hot coffee had no spoon attached to the lid. Two other hot coffees had spoons.
3. The cup holder provided did not secure the drinks properly. The cups could easily tip or spill, especially when turning corners.
4. The drinks were not wrapped or stabilized to prevent spillage during delivery.
Due to this, when I reached the customer, some of the drinks had already spilled, which caused frustration for both the customer and myself.
I kindly request that Daniel Donut improve their drink packaging:
Use sturdier cup holders similar to McDonald’s style that hold cups securely.
Ensure drinks are properly wrapped or stabilized to avoid spilling during delivery.
Include all necessary accessories (straws for iced drinks, spoons for hot drinks).
This will help prevent spills, improve customer experience, and avoid potential issues with delivery apps like Uber.

We got a box of 4 to try different flavors. The quality is terrible they’re not fresh, and the topping is completely dry and comes off the cake. The worst one was the strawberry M&Ms. I’d rather pay a bit more for another brand. Very disappointing.

I recently stopped by Daniel's Donuts in Springvale and indulged in some delicious treats! The donuts were freshly baked, soft, and full of flavor. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Overall, I'm so impressed with the quality and service. Definitely recommend Daniel's Donuts for your sweet fix!
