We often get cakes from Isher Eggless Bakers in Clayton for our Eids and other family events and they’ve become a bit of a tradition now! The pineapple, strawberry, and vanilla cakes are all really nice, but the real stars for me are the Black Forest and especially the Pistachio cake which i really discovered. Not many places do pistachio, and theirs is just incredible. All their cakes are rich, moist, with frsh light cream and packed with flavour. Always a hit with the whole family. Definitely one of our go-to spots for special occasions! I'm honestly just hooked!

Loved the vibe at Isher Eggless Bakers! 🍰 Friendly staff, clean space, and plenty of tempting egg-free treats. The cakes were moist, flavourful, and looked gorgeous. Great for those avoiding eggs or wanting something a little different. Will definitely be popping back for the next celebration, highly recommend for a sweet, inclusive pick!

They call this cake as Rasmalai Cake, even a simple google search can tell what Rasmalai is. They think white rasgulla is rasmalai, when you correct them, they say, you are right but this is how we prepare rasmalai cake. it’s so disappointing. Be careful before ordering, what you really want and what you get. Note: this was a custom order, not picked from the counter, and when we asked for sample, they didn’t have any sample or photo to show. Nevertheless, we placed the order at the counter around 8pm (a day before pickup) and ordered specifically Rasmalai cake, and the lady at the counter told us to pick up next day after 1pm, with no mention of any other order type or other option. And when next day, we picked the cake and checked at home, it was something else. We didn’t bother to check as we thought, when even a simple search can tell what rasmalai cake is, the baker with Indian specialty would certainly know. PS: I appreciate the owner taking time to respond. I notice few things from that: - Owner’s tone says it all. He doesn’t care of feedback and happy to keep doing it as it is. - He still thinks, the sold cake is rasmalai cake. - Why would he lie that it was picked from counter and not custom ordered. When he clearly knows the order details. It’s also a common sense, if we picked from display, why would we have this kind of complaint. I would leave this to readers wisdom.

I paid $50 for this cake, and honestly I am very disappointed with what I received. The cake delivered looks nothing like the pictures shown on the website — those photos are misleading and give false expectations. For the price charged, I expected a professional finish and design, but the actual product looks very basic and unfinished. Definitely not worth the money. It was my first time trying the cake here. Very disappointed.

I have been a regular customer at Isher for some time, and I was very disappointed with the service I received from two staff members at your Clayton store today at approximately 4:20 PM. I selected an Oreo cake priced at $45. As one staff member was about to take it out, she suddenly advised that the price was $55 because it had chocolate ganache, claiming this was an extra $10. At no point did I request chocolate ganache, I simply chose the cake already on display at the listed price. If $45 is only for a plain Oreo cake, then the display and price tag should reflect that accurately to avoid misleading customers. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told the manager did not wish to speak with me. The staff member eventually agreed to charge me $45, but continued to argue and explain her position, despite me making it clear I was not interested in further explanation. I spent around 20 minutes unnecessarily debating the price instead of being promptly served. I found this experience unprofessional, frustrating, and not reflective of the service I’ve received at Isher in the past. I would appreciate it if this matter is addressed to ensure clear and accurate pricing, proper customer communication, and a willingness by staff or management to resolve issues without unnecessary confrontation.
