I've been here so many times for a breakfast banh mi. I've tried most of the vegan options (there are many) and they are all solid. Fresh, tasty, filling. Sharing a pic of the vegan spam Banh Mi.

It's a pretty busy shop which equally provides fast service to serve their hungry customers. Competitive pricing with a good portion but, to me it tasted average compared to some other places. It did not really taste that fresh and I lost a bit of appetite looking at the way they were handling the food. I think it will be better to not use same cutlery for all the proteins and keep it neat. Just my opinion 🤷

I recently tried the BBQ chicken Banh Mi for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious. The bread is freshly made and perfectly crunchy, while the BBQ chicken is incredibly juicy. The generous serving of fresh vegetables adds great texture and flavor. They accept all major credit cards, though an extra fee applies. The location is excellent, and I highly recommend it.

Crispy pork Banh Mi with chilli here is one of my favourites. $10 in 2025. Great creamy pate and butter whatever it is it tastes so good. The crispy pork is really crispy and there's lots of it. My other favourite is at An Loi Deli Springvale.

Got a pie and bahn Mi. Unfortunately both were not up to standard. The Bahn Mi had so many fatty pieces of meat, the ratio of meat to fat to crackling was off. down the road in springvale you will find top notch banh mi. 3.5 stars
