The new season cake was so delicious! Really enjoyed the chocolate flavours! And 🍄 such a cute design! The lemon tart is a classic for us to nibble on.
Seats are so spacious and comfortable, got to sit on the couches with table service.
Definitely a place to come and chill out with coffee and cakes!

First time checking out a Laurent, didn't know they have multiple locations. We got some of their cube croissants for take away which was quite interesting. A little pricey however it was nice even though we had it the next day.
Might be better to try it when it's fresh next time. Service was friendly and it's quite spacious. Thanks for the cubes, Laurent.

Visited Laurent Bakery on the lower ground level at Chadstone Shopping Centre, and the experience was absolutely delightful! 🍰✨ We only ordered the Rubis, but wow — it was unforgettable! 😍🔥
The Rubis is a beautifully crafted dessert made with an almond lime dacquoise sponge and raspberry curd, all encased in a silky 33% white chocolate mousse 🍫🍓. It’s finished with a glossy raspberry glaze and a delicate drizzle of white chocolate — visually stunning and even more delicious in every bite 💖✨. The flavours were perfectly balanced: fruity, tangy, creamy, and light all at once. It truly felt like tasting a little piece of art!
The customer service was fantastic too 😊🙌. The staff member who took our order was warm and welcoming, and the waiter who served us was equally lovely. They both had genuine smiles and made the experience feel even more enjoyable. It’s always refreshing to see such great hospitality along with great food!
The ambiance at Laurent is elegant, cozy, and perfect for a coffee-and-dessert break while shopping 🛍️☕. Whether you’re craving something sweet or just want to relax for a moment, this spot is a total gem.

Hubs chose the Christine: Walnut and Macadamia Chocolate Brownie Sponge Topped with Rich Creamy Creme Brulee encased in a 45% Milk Chocolate Bavaroise Mousse. 🤎
I chose the Guido: Light and airy lemon sponge layered with creamy vanilla mascarpone mousse. Topped with a vibrant apple yuzu brunoise compote and a delightful pecan cinnamon crunch, this exquisite dessert offers a perfect balance of flavours and textures. 💚
