This is a very nice coffee stop. The staff here are excellent, providing excellent customer service and are very pleasant people. There is a large range of cakes and desserts here. They look amazing. The coffee here is creamy, smells fantastic, and is well made. The place is well lit up and is clean. Had great experience here, and it looks like this will be my coffee stop from now on.

I recently visited Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses (25/55 Overland Dr, Narre Warren VIC) and had the most delightful experience! The coffee was absolutely perfect—rich, smooth, and brewed to perfection. Each sip was a true delight. The highlight, however, was the cake. I tried the Red Velvet and it was heavenly! Moist, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweetness. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing afternoon. The staff was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall fantastic experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the best coffee and cake in town!

Sometimes a place can be perfect, quaint, perfectly displayed, tasty warm drinks and food, polite and sweet staff....and then you meet the owners.
I had just sat down with my kids after ordering some hot drinks from the front and out she comes and looks at me as I've sat down.."Have you ordered anything here!?" Looking at me like I need to leave this seating area now!.. Erm (who is this person?)..well yes I just did. She turns around and stomps away. When I go in to collect the drinks I ask if she owns this place, she nods..thats good to know, I wouldn't put this review up if she was just a staff member, but hey we melbournians like supporting the underdog's and good people. There was no reason to be rude, especially not in front of my kids and especially seeing as we had only taken a seat for less than a minute. Sorry..but 1*s and that's only because your staff member was so sweet and made some nice drinks, personally the owner deserves 0*s.
