I am honestly shocked at how bad this visit was. The chips I was served were completely drowned in salt, not just a little extra, but so much that they were impossible to eat. It’s ridiculous that food can leave the kitchen in that condition.
What made it even worse was the attitude from the staff. When I called out to ask about my order, I was ignored not once, but twice. Only after repeating myself did the staff member shown in picture finally respond, and her tone was unbelievably rude, as if I was bothering her for daring to ask a simple question.
This level of service is unacceptable. Between the awful food quality and the disrespectful customer service, this has to be one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. I won’t be returning, and others should be aware of how poorly this store is being run.

Apparently you can't get fresh grilled chicken at 2 am. I have asked for it but the Chinese girl Erica is being too lazy to do it. I asked politely can I atleast get fresh chips she said no. Then I asked for one sachet of ketchup but I need to pay for it. Because I didn't order while I was ordering at the drive through. Lazy kids with attitude problem. You should have audio recording of my order. Waste of 15.20$.

We ordered a Vegie Burger with extra spicy sauces and she took the order but after received it it was too bad so I just called HJ and the guy ( Sahibsingh ) said we’ll get another burger with all this things in ,,,,, he was best as we shows him the previous burger and gave us very good treat and his CC was good Thanks Sahibsingh

With the beautiful wait times just to get to the speaker box, I learnt 3 new dances polished of 3/4 of a tank of fuel AND watched 7 movies. Highly recommend if you feel like watching a movie in the space of your own car since the drive ins shut xx
