I spent just under $100 on my food today. Get home and look at my chickens and why they look like they’ve never seen daylight. This is horrible cooking! It’s either you guys still using old oil to fry these chickens in or you just burnt them 🤦🏽♀️
I couldn’t even enjoy my meal as this was disgusting to eat. My kids had to peel off all chicken skin in order be able to eat it, this is all the chicken no one else wants to touch because the taste is also yuck and very dry! The chips seasoning was way too salty and soggy 🙄. This is not good enough, I usually have good food from them but this is probably depending on the workers. Today’s food is disgusting! This is giving very POOR work ethics! Need new staff, one that’s not lazy to cook and change the oil when needed to.
Not good enough and wasted my money. Should’ve listened to my kids and got them McDonald’s instead 🤦🏽♀️🙄

It doesn't worth a single star or a penny. All chicken pieces are dark brown-black, oil just dripping and bitter. Even the chips, taste bitter and looks all cooked in pretty dirty oil. Only the burger was human edible. If you are supplying food, do respectfully, don't cheat. I think I had enough with KFC.

Wings and bones in our burgers. Order bacon and cheese and got nothing like them.
Luckily we checked as this is super dangerous.

Went through Drive Through and was completely ignored at 8:30pm.
Cars drove away as they were sick of waiting. This is not the first time, twice in the last month I have gone through and after 15-20 minutes without them asking for my order I drove off and ordered from Redrooster. I decided to be patient and wait I was even extra polite to the staff member who eventually served me. The staff opened the window basically threw the order at me and screamed here.
Very unprofessional, imagine if I complained about the service.
Got home brown lettuce, cold chips and soggy. Had two bites and chucked it out. Complete turn off.
KFC need new staff, new leadership and training. If you have you have a polite customer provide good service.
I managed a hospitality team for years.
Do better. How staff act reflect on the organisation itself.

I ordered a crispy chicken fillet box. I got a burger box instead. 1 piece of. Chicken on its own was fine but the. Burger was the worst i have had ever. It was so over cooked I could not eat most of it. The. Chips were I under cooked and way too salty.
