Disappointing.
Soulless place full of self ordering machines & very few people.
Had a grinchburger meal for $17 ( mainly seduced by advertising)
The burger was small, cold and greasy. Chips warm but oily.
Snow globe for my grandson was a cheap plastic item promoting MacDonalds.
I asked for one which was Grinch- related & was told they didn't have any.
The amount of money put into advertising would be far better spent improving their products/ integrity.
The coffee was great - really.

Disappointing with the service I received today through your drive-through. I placed an online order through the app for my children’s meals, which stated the order would be ready shortly. However, when we arrived, there was a long queue of cars and we ended up waiting for approximately 45 minutes in the drive-through.
After this long wait, the manager informed us that she could not process online orders due to being short-staffed. If that was the case, the app should have been disabled or a clear notice should have been displayed to inform customers before ordering or joining the queue. Instead, we were left waiting with children for nearly 50 minutes with no information, no guidance, and no apology.
Even when the issue was finally addressed and food was offered, the manager remained rude and unprofessional, showing no concern for our time, inconvenience, or experience. This is unacceptable customer service and shows a lack of basic courtesy and responsibility.
Not even one star on the service and atmosphere .

I ordered dinner from McDonald’s Lyndhurst today — got a Spicy Chicken Burger and a Frank’s Spicy Burger. Both burgers were quite cold by the time I received them, which was really disappointing. I also ordered a large fries, but it came half full in the large box. For the price, I expected proper portions and food served hot and fresh. Really unhappy with the quality and service this time.

Went for the playground and got my daughter a happy meal.
Service is usual for a MacDonald's, but I ordered Apple slices - got chips - ordered the book - got the toy. Not major complaints but was not notified of the change.
The store usually a bit of a mess. This time was no different.
The playground is really good. It's actually quite big. For kids younger than 3 it might be a bit difficult and so not a lot to do, but would depend on their climbing ability and height.
