We had a rappa deal, Wrap and chips which was delicious especially with the hot sauce, chicken was very tender plenty fresh salad. The chips were perfect. The chicken salad was also very delicious. The best fast food that we’ve had in a very long time. Made to order definitely is worth the wait.

Had the Burger Chicken Meal Deal at Oporto, and absolutely loved it! The chicken was juicy, perfectly grilled, and packed with that signature Oporto flavour. The burger was fresh and delicious, and the chips were crispy and well-seasoned. Everything was served hot and fresh — just how it should be! Great value for money and super satisfying. Definitely coming back again soon! 🍔🔥🍟

This review is for dine in. My first oporto visit ever, also.
I could give 0 stars if there was an option.
Went there to dine in with family. Wife wanted nandos but i said lets try oporto for once. The oporto app had a deal. The girl at the counter told me i have to order from app. So I tried to login but the app is having it's day so it wont let me log in. The manager told me nothing he could do - fair enough. Its not the fault of this particular store. But i know he most probably could do something since it is a franchise and the owner/manager could easily allow me to have the deal/promo if he wanted to.
That was the most positive experience in this store for us on this visit.
The store is dirty, the tables had a soggy, mouldy smell. Table had not been cleaned properly after the last customer left.
The chicken was cooked fresh, served hot, looked juicy and good size. But it was tasteless. No extra sauce to make up for the dull taste. The burger was dry. And it was absolutely without any character. Call me nerd, but even maccas or hj burger has something to them.
Wooden fork and knife. My jaw dropped when they told me that is what i have to use to eat my chicken. I made it work by stacking 3 forks together.
No water served and no water bottle in eyesight.
One staff was eating while cooking.
And i had to wait TWENTY SEVEN MINUTES for my order (just one whole chicken and one burger) while they served countless uber-eats/door-dash folks and the drive through.
Never going to another oporto store unless they are the only ones left during a zombie apocalypse.
I am an immigrant and i may sound racist and call me if you want. But in the hindsight, i am not surprised to have received such customer service from this store. Go check for yourself if you are feeling lucky
I do not get the hype. Nandos is far better for such chicken dish.

Things to Like:
- The taste of the chicken was good.
- The sauce was flavorful.
- Pita bread was included.
Things We Didn't Like:
- The quantity of chips was insufficient. See the picture for reference.
- The amount of sauce provided was very little compared to their main competitor, Nando's.
- It was very hard to order from the app. Items were not being added to the order, and there were payment issues.
- Cleanliness was not up to the mark. There was no hand wash liquid in any of the dispensers.
Personally, I will not go there again.
