Got my daughter’s birthday cake made from them. The cake not only looked great but tasted amazing. Everyone at the party loved the cake. The party was in the morning so Cakegurus opened the shop early that day just deliver my cake nice and fresh. Highly recommend

Order this cake for son's 6th Birthday. While eating found something unusual and found this when checked. It is disgusting to find something like this in your food. It was in sponge. When reported to owner not willing to accept that it was found in their cake. The owner don't have professional attitude and didn't consider this as the mistakee and instead argued with me that it's not possible to found this one in their cakes. Dragging conversation and not willing to do refund as well. Never ever Order from this shop. We never had any issue with earlier gujarati owner as always Order from this shop . The cake was picked up on sept 5 for celebration on sept 6. Found this animal tail on september 8 while i was eating as 1/4 of the cake was still left. One can only report the issue when find the issue. Luckily no kid got this one otherwise it could have created major issue. I reported immediately sending photo to owner. Later got call from owner and after discussion she offered refund amd also willing to pick it up from my house and i provided my home address as well. After that there was no communicatiom from her. I had to follow up . Never wanted to do refund just did false commitment and dragged it unnecessary to hide their unhygenic practice for handling food item. Decling this will not change the truth that this was found in cake. Unhygenic practice, unprofessional attitude and niglence of customer complain is the case with this business.

I ordered a pineapple cake and it was Deliciously moist and full of fresh pineapple flavour. Perfect balance of sweetness and texture—light, fruity, and very enjoyable. I’d happily have it again!
