Came into Nandoβs on Sunday at 5:30pm and was βservedβ by Praveen β if you can even call it service. She was flat-out rude, had zero basic manners, and clearly hasnβt been trained on how to interact with customers β or people in general. The whole interaction was unpleasant and unprofessional from start to finish.
To make it worse, the food was just as disappointing. The quality has plummeted. The lettuce looked like it had been rotting in the fridge for days β red, wilted, and completely unfit to serve. Honestly, a pathetic excuse for a meal.

Ordered delivery, order never arrived, called the store for help, they advised it's not their issue, gave me the uber eats merchant support phone number, told me to sort it out myself, top notch service. Uber eats merchant support advised they would get someone to go pick up the order 1hr 30min after ordering.

Tried this place twice and was disappointed both times. I have fond memories of Nandos and this has made me never want to go back. Service was mostly fine but each time the expensive burgers had buns that fell apart as you eat and the contents including the chicken was lukewarm. Just a complete waste of money. Itβs the kind of burger you finish out of spite because it cost so much.

Served by Saloni Sunday afternoon. Customer service 0/10 we werenβt ready to order she repeated βanything elseβ 10 times in a row even though we told her politely to give us a minute while we looked at the menu. She then proceeded to roll her eyes and walk away. Saloni needs to be retrained on her customer service. Very disappointed.

We went back tonight and had Paella, Sweet potato fries and Nandoca's Choice, surely with the extra extra hot peri peri sauce πππΌππΌππΌ
