Ordered 2 pizzas for dinner.
Both were overcooked, dry with no taste.
I did call Frankies to let them know I wasn't happy and she blamed the disappointing pizzas on the weather.
Will definitely give Frankies a miss in the future
EDIT: Frankie Pizza called me back & offered to send out 2 more pizzas for no charge. I declined their offer

Terrible pizza,this place has slowly gotten worse over the last year, tonight we got a half and half, I pulled more mushroom off the half that was not meant to have mushroom than there was on the half that was meant to have it, pizza was soggy even after asking for it to be well done, there was a plastic broom bristle on the other half, only 2 pieces of salami on half a large Mexican and just about inedible even after putting it in the airfryer (the box had nearly disolved by the time we got it) this place used to do amazing pizzas but i dont even remember the last time we got pizza here that was anything other than disappointing. Highly recommended any of the other 400 pizza shops in sunbury over frankies these days

Franky's used to be good. Now, they cheap out on the half-and-half pizza and make more like a 2/3 and 1/3 pizza. Whichever half has more ingredients becomes 1/3 while the half that has less ingredients becomes 2/3. This is in spite of order instructions specifically requesting that this not be done. Pizza usually arrives 15+ minutes late too. I'll be buying from elsewhere from now on.

The meal tonight is very disappointing. As you can see from the photos, the veal schnitzel is dry and burnt to a crisp. It’s such a turn off. I don’t think we will be ordering from this place for now. The meat came in three separate pieces, makes me wonder if they came from three different left-over plates.
Spoke to the Manager who offered a replacement meal however given an hours delay in receiving it and with no apology or indication that we would receive an improved product, we were extremely reluctant. The Manager and cook should be ashamed!
Our advice - order from some other vendor!

Delivery was 45 minutes late and only arrived after I had called. The food (chicken parma and chips) was very average . This place used to be great but has gone downhill badly over the last few months. Won't be back
