Woolworths Rosenthal (Sunbury Sth)

Shout out to James (long black hair), working on Sunday 4th January. Went out his way to be super helpful. Was looking for a hard to find item and rather than just point me in the right direction, walked with me and searched for the product himself. None left on the shelf, so he checked stock levels there and then and went and retrieved it from the store room. Saved me from having to go to another store. Good old fashioned service, how it used to be! Thanks James!!!

Always a clean and well-stocked store. Staff are friendly and helpful, and checkout is usually quick. Great place to shop at Rosenthal.

Whoever is packing your milkrun orders must be having a laugh... We had two Lebanese cucumbers in the order and received two thin rubbery small ones the size of a coaster. Disgusting and inedible. Do better!

I wish to compliment, they always have this middle aged Indian woman at the self checkout in the mornings. She's always greeting customers and helping people. Everything I come here I find she's always the same and I think she's an asset to the store being so friendly and helpful.

Supermarket sell a variety of products, lot of choices here. Noted: Easy find parking space, No Post office service round here.
