Has been the best gym in the area for decades. Consistently upgrading, great quality equipment and amenities, and the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Massive shout out to Irene in particular!

This used to be the BEST gym. But the staff have no idea... It doesn't seem like anyone pays any attention to what equipment is in high demand. A machine breaks, and it gets swapped out for something much worse. Several treadmills were taken out, but haven't been replaced for months! Also, there's obnoxiously loud pop music playing all the time. If any staff bothered to look, you'd notice most people bring noise cancelling headphones. But I shouldn't have to blast the volume in my earbuds either just to hear my music?? So out of touch. Used to be a gym that really seemed to care.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. Well equipped gym. As a first time gym user, it has been a great experience, and I am 3 weeks in.
