Terrible customer service
Terrible food.
Chips were so cold and brown
Ordered a Sunday it was half melted no extra chocolate that I asked and payed for. Told the staff in drive thru she snatched it off me brings exactly the same problem I explained to her and closed the window on my face.
Went in to re try. Same issue. Rude staff
Manager came out asked what the issue is explained how rude the staff member was and she walked off.
I'd be questioning who hired this manager and staff member in the drive thru.

I had a horrible night with Brooklyn a shift manager who asked if I was alright to which I said yes but then immediately ignored me and started yelling at team members for support. It may have been a busy night but why would U ask a customer if they were fine but have no patience to attend to them.
This reflects immaturity and impatience and isn't a trait expected of a shift manager.

If I could I would leave 0 stars I would I would rather go up the freeway or 10-15 minutes to Hampton park where I definetly would get better customer service better food and not staff socialising with of duty staff members without uniforms on whilst the food you just spend $60-$70 is getting cold not to mention when I got the food it was already cold whilst they have a chit chat.
Would not reccomend at all to anyone who either wants edible food or fast reliable or any sort of decency don’t go here. And yes this was the managers on duty + staff members doing all this and they forgot part of my order and I walked in during a quiet time. I had to return to get the rest of the order no sympathy just blatant disrespect 23/10/25

Great Experience at McDonald’s!
I had a great visit to McDonald’s recently. The staff was friendly, my order was taken quickly, and everything came out hot and fresh. I ordered a Big Mac meal with fries and a Coke – the burger was well put together, and the fries were crispy and perfectly salted.
The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating available. I also appreciated the fast service even though it was a busy time of day.
Definitely a reliable spot when you’re looking for a quick and satisfying meal. Will be back again soon!

I don’t get what’s happened to this place. My burger was cold, greasy and covered in tomato sauce. When I complained they took it away and I got told that they were making new ones fresh but somehow I got an even worse product first 3 photos are from tonight other photos are from a week ago
The drink was untouched when I complained thought McDonalds app I got a voucher and got the exact same stuff
Staff just don’t care clearly if this is what they are serving to customers that paid for a product
