No matter where I'm located, I only buy my lemon meringue pie from the cheesecake shop in Croydon Nth. I've found the lemon curd extremely grainy at nearby cheesecake shop locations, but not at this shop. Such a smooth, texture and rich lemon taste with the meringue piled high, well done to your pastry chefs!
The front staff are welcoming and helpful. Keep up the wonderful work, and I hope your services are well recognised.

We ordered a cake for our sister’s wedding. We wanted the cake to be red coloured cake in the picture (only 1 layer). They told us they have problem with the red colour but they gonna make this in red they have (which they showed was red) with ribbon and white boundaries. One day before they said the design cant be made for some reason and i told them to make it look good as it is a wedding cake. This is what they made. We paid 90$ for this. And we cant take this cake for special occasion so we told the lady at the counter. To get us other cake from the display. She was good Enough to get us otherwise our occasion would have spoiled. If you cant make it dont take the order please.

We have been regular customers of this shop since 2018 and we have now moved from Croydon but still visit this shop. We have always had amazing experience and amazing cakes.
Recently I ordered Custom Birthday Cake for my daughter's 1st Birthday and it was designed absolutely beautifully. The cake was amazing as always.
I just wanted to give special shout out to Sathya who contacted me to finalize the design and did an amazing job and even called me to follow up on pick up. Amazing service. Thank you Sathya! 😊

Took my money online and apparently never received my order. I was then given a wrong number to follow this up. Once finding the right number, I had to leave a message. I'm still awaiting a return phone call for a refund. The shop was absolutely zero help. This was for a birthday cake which I needed desperately.
I'm incredibly disappointed with the customer service from the Croydon North store AND the head office.
I was also told that this has been happening often, by 2 of the staff in-store. So be beware when ordering online from them.
