It took them 20 minutes to make a hot chocolate and apple pie and both where just warm like they had been sitting for a while. Pretty disappointed as it was very quiet with bearly any drive through or even uber orders!
Don't go here if you want your maccers drink / meal quick, or even warm!

Everytime I go to the drive-thru I'm always sent to the waiting bay, there's nothing changed to my meals just a McChicken meal and a cheeseburger.
When it does come out some of meal is hot and the rest is so cold it's not enjoyable to eat. And majority of the time the order is wrong or missing something.
Tonight a McChicken burger was burnt with almost no mayo or lettuce (see photo).
Head office don't seem to care and this McDonalds has been like this ever since it opened.

Awesome service from the crew here with great tasting food and flavoursome coffee. We were particularly impressed with the absolutely fantastic impeccable service provided by Matilda at the counter. She has a beautiful smile. She was friendly and welcoming, super efficient and very helpful. She certainly sets a good example for others to follow at McDonald’s. Thanks to all and a special thank you to Matilda.

Ordered the same thing two nights in a row second time it’s happened where the frozen drink isn’t even frozen and tonight barely got any fries either please sort this stuff out it’s not hard!!

Went through the drive through the other day and I had the best experience with a girl named Sienna rocking the red shirt! deserves a promotion! so nice and funny and great service, food was hot and fresh delicious. going through the drive through was quick as well. would 10/10 go back there!
