This store is FREEZING!! 2 portable Air Conditioners located near your entrances is total overkill.. My kids and i genuinely shiver as we walked though the shop, even some cashiers were complaining they were cold!! When asked if they could turn them off, they said “management won’t let us”!!!! You’re going to make all your staff and customers freeze!

Extremely rude and incompetent staff at the checkouts who struggle immensely to perform even the simplest of tasks and are incapable of providing basic customer service (I will say this only seems to apply to customers who are not white, as they are quite pleasant and happy to help those who are). The male grocery workers are lovely and very helpful but unfortunately the female workers here, particularly the older women at the checkout, cannot seem to attain any level of professionalism. Would highly recommend just doing your shopping at the Coles in Chirnside Park, where they have an much higher standard of customer service and obviously provide basic training for staff, who don’t feel the need to act overwhelmed on a very quiet Friday night. Unless of course, you enjoy wasting your time at the checkout and middle aged women whispering to each other whilst serving you.

Normally do not have an issue with this establishment but was recently rubbed the wrong way by an interaction with a middle aged employee. I was asked to open up my school bag for her after serving myself at self checkout, and did so complacently to avoid confrontation, however, after I left I noticed many other people and students, especially school girls, also at self checkout who where not asked to open their bag or anything. I ultimately left this interaction feeling singled out and targeted, even if the worker's intents where not meant to be harmful.

This is a really cool store. They sell most of everything that you could think of. Btw if your a South African they are not quite the same here as there. However they remain a great store. Even though I still need to get use to the pricing of things. I feel that they have such a variety that you can't go wrong with buying from them

It is recommended that security guards supervise roadblocks and store signs not be placed on the road in the passage so that the elderly and children will not bump into them.
