Extremely disappointed in this horrible mess.
Ordered “loaded fries” off the secret online menu worth $7.95. I got 10 chips and a handfull off popcorn chicken. Go bucket for $5 with added supercharged sauce has better value.
The Zinger Crunch was dead cold. I suspect they got a cold zinger burger and and threw in the cheese chips and slaw instead of making it fresh. The bottom bun was cold and soggy also.
This cold meal also took 15minutes during a quiet evening

Dined in. The place was absolutely filthy. Every single table covered in scraps and rubbish. Crap all over the floor. They weren't busy so not sure how they can't clean the place. Typical Australian fast food restaurant in 2025. Food not bad

KFC Lilydale is regularly packed with the same people so you can garuntee you are gonna see someone you know from work or high school getting the same usual feast. The food is quite irregular in quality I can totally understand Friday night rush but why on a Monday at 2pm is my chicken cold?
One star for Pepsi max.
The service is quite average, the younger staff act like they are being forced to work there and have the most monotone depressive attitude about things that it makes me wonder why I am even trying too have manners.
This place is almost never clean, actual greaseball.
