⭐☆☆☆☆ Utterly Disinterested Service and Incorrect Order – Hungry Jack’s Disappointment
The experience I had at Hungry Jack’s deserves mention for all the wrong reasons. The staff couldn’t have looked less interested in being there — not a smile, not a greeting, and certainly no sense of urgency or care.
I ordered Lemon and Herb Fried Chicken, but instead received Korean BBQ. On top of that, the Spicy Fried Chicken Burger I ordered never even made it into the bag. It’s hard to understand how so many simple things can go wrong in one order, but the indifference from the order taker staff member really summed it up.
If this is the level of service Hungry Jack’s thinks is acceptable, they’ve lost me as a customer. There’s a big difference between fast food and careless food — and this was definitely the latter.

Hungry jacks Chirnside never disappoints. The burgers here are top notch. I’ve been to a few other hungry jacks to order the Double Cowboy Angus, and they were pretty average, but here at Hungry Jacks Chirnside park, they do a hell of a great job with the burger. It’s always tastes absolutely delicious, flavourful and hot. Just the way a burger should be. Great job Hungry Jacks Crew you guys do an amazing job, and a Special thanks to Sheyenne the Assistant manage, for always being so attentive when serving customers and being incredibly cheerful

I don't normally leave reviews but wanted to on this occasion. I regularly come through drive thru and often get served by Bailey. He is always happy, friendly and such a delight. Even when I came through on Friday 19/09/2025 when it was extremely busy, Bailey was still his normal happy self. Well Done Chirnside Park, Bailey is such an asset to your store.

Honest I won't be ordering the Angus again, it's allot smaller than the whopper but also more expensive. Anyway that's just my 5 cents worth

Absolutely DISGUSTING!
The food was cold and inedible.
What a waste of good money.
We purchased bacon deluxe burgers and a whopper and both were made as bad as each other.
Won't be going back any time soon.
