This café was honestly a very unpleasant experience for us.
We spent $100 for two meals and two smoothies and in return we received disrespectful behaviour and extremely poor service.
It was full of mistakes, negligence, lack of attention, and complete disrespect toward customers.
When we entered the café, the staff member handed us the menu while her mouth was full of food and told us to go to the counter to order.
The banana smoothie was completely runny and tasteless — basically just milk mixed with cinnamon, with maybe one-fifth of a banana.
After 45 minutes, our food arrived with no cutlery at all, and no one even noticed or cared that we couldn’t eat without it.
The next mistake was that instead of the hard-boiled eggs we ordered, we were served runny eggs. When we pointed out that this was not what we had ordered, the staff member asked, “Did you specify it?”
When the eggs were finally brought back, the staff admitted they had made many mistakes and asked how they could make it up to us. They explained that their head chef had quit on Boxing Day, and they were forced to bring in someone who is still an apprentice , even though the type of eggs we ordered had been clearly written twice on the note — yet it was still prepared incorrectly.
At the end, when the staff came to clear the empty plates, with extreme rudeness and audacity she said:
“I don’t want to judge how you eat your food.”
How rude!!!! 😳😳😳
After all the mistakes they made from the beginning — and after admitting they were at fault — how did she even think it was acceptable to make such a comment about a customer?
Beyond the terrible service, their manners and professionalism were zero.
Zero respect for customer rights!!!!

Just as the name suggests Gracious. The food was great, the staff was gracious, welcoming and accommodating.
The food was good, the ambience was great. The kitchen staff obliged with our request to avoid cross contamination of meats and prepping on clean grills. The burgers and fries were the highlight. They also have a museum and gallery there.
One thing I noticed out of the norms was that how clean the place was. So clean I took a pic of their wash basin lol.
Great experience overall.

Really good coffee, amazing cakes, and super friendly staff.
The café itself is beautiful, located near a park with a lovely view.

Nice venue and cute to have blankets on the seats. Food and drinks were very ordinary though. We ordered the eggs with hollandaise and pulled pork and braised chicken. The 2 eggs on 2 slices of toast which I’m pretty sure wasn’t sourdough as advertised ( just ordinary bread ) with a bit of sauce and piece of pulled pork was $23. The chicken was a much larger dish but also quite average. Coffees were amateur. Felt pretty overpriced for the canteen standard of food and coffee and order at the counter kind of place. Service was slow too. Only redeeming feature is the venue which was nice.

Big shout to the front of house staff today, we came in with a very large group, and being a wednesday which they usually wouldnt be that busy they did great. All the food that came out was well executed and great. But big ups to the two ladies who served our group, you handled the pressure extremely well and did so with a smile. I'd definitely recommend this place, and if the owners reading this, hang onto those staff members for as long as you can
