Very unresponsive staff! Very slow service! Very small plates ! We booked for dinner with live singers but we got nothing! The service should be more active and serving food at least! But we didn’t get just plate of potatoes for 10 persons ! And we paid 85$ for person!
I don’t recommend any one to try to book this restaurant! !
Delay and lack of attention from staff made experience less enjoyable!

I cannot believe this experience. Last night I ordered a large meal through the drive-through and was given my food without being asked for payment. I immediately told the staff that I had not paid and offered to do so. The staff apologised but laughed about it. When I received the order, the extra sauce I requested was missing, so I politely asked for it (I was being so polite the whole time) They laughed again and took my bag to redo the meal but seemed annoyed?? I did not re-check it because I did not want to seem difficult and didn’t mind as long as I had the meal.
Fast forward, this meal was for my dad who is very sick at the moment. Our family has never experienced food poisoning before, so this has been very scary. He has been in intense pain (vomiting, hardened stomach etc) since eating it and will go to the hospital tmr. I am writing this review to make the workers aware that not taking food management seriously, especially with the attitude given, can have serious consequences for customers. I am extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from here again. - I have never written a negative review, this will be my first : /
P.s the workers will know who they are if they read this so do better!

This Hungry Jack's is a little different to the ordinary store. It's well geared to drive through but parking is limited.
Food is as you'd expect but the storm dessert was the best we've had. Kudos to the person on desserts there.
This is a nicely set out Hungry Jack's with a few areas to sit and enjoy your food. Amenities are fine.

No cheese on the cheeseburgers! Waited 10 minutes for the biscoff because the ice cream machine was struggling all to be served 3/4 cup of melted soft serve. Paid for extra topping and caramel sauce was a nothing but a smear on the side of the inside of the cup. Hungry jacks has gone down hill! Time was approx 7.40pm 24th sept on the Sunday night.
