The A team were on tonight! The food was put together with such perfect care and precision that it had to be the best Grill’d burger I have ever had. The service was as good as the burger. We were greeted and welcomed straight away, our order was taken with pleasure and our server made sure we were happy and comfortable. Well done to the team tonight, they were all on point.

Came in hungry & you did not disappoint! Our server Lily was amazing, not just to us but also the adjoining tables she was interacting with all the kids which was great to see. The burgers were super juicy as always & we did not have to wait long despite a pretty full restaurant. Thanks again for a wonderful Sunday afternoon.

The burgers here were delicious The patties were nice and juicy and the veggies tasted so fresh. The chips were great as well; we tried the whole chip range - zucchini, sweet potato, and regular - and they all tasted fantastic. The relishes were flavourful and added a nice touch. Our waitress was also friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing, chicken tenders we ordered were so dry we didn’t eat them , I told staff member who said she’d speak to manager but never did . Waited 10minutes then Took them up to counter and spoke to staff member again in which she said she’d speak to manager which was standing there . She looked at them and said can cook some more up but we’d finished eating so I said no , did not get offered my money back . Paid for a product could not even eat it. Avoid chirnside park Grilled !

I’m an avid lover of Grill’d and tonight my partner and I dined in. Our waiter (Riley or Paul—I’m not entirely sure of his name) was a lovely young man, and the food itself was great.
The issue I had was with what I assume was the manager on shift, who was constantly yelling out to one of the waiters and, at times, being quite rude toward them. From what we observed, the staff member was doing their best in what was clearly a busy and stressful period.
I completely understand that hospitality can be high-pressure, but there’s no need to speak to employees rudely—especially when everyone is dealing with the same circumstances. The constant yelling also made our dining experience quite frustrating, as we wanted to enjoy our meal but couldn’t sit comfortably without hearing yelling every 2–5 minutes. It was uncomfortable to witness and took away from what is usually a very positive dining experience at Grill’d.
