I came here to pickup a doordash order today and was verbally abused and put down by a rude entitled queue jumper woman customer and her daughter. There's a big problem with the store policy of "alternating" 1 walk in customer order and then 1 door dash order. This caused my customers doordash order to sit unattended and not be made for around 40-45 minutes. Meanwhile a customer walked in 30 minutes after the doordash order was sitting in the counter waiting to be made and effectively jumped the queue, getting her order with almost no wait. She then proceeded to verbally berate me on the way out of the store. Doing EXACTLY what she accused me of doing to the employee, when I was just doing my job! If she ever sees this. You should be ashamed of yourself and banned from the store. You did exactly what you wrongfully claimed I did. All i did was inquire about how long my customer's order would take, to update them because they aren't in the store! I was then berated I didn't have a real job, put down and abused by the daughter learning from her irate absuive mother. I hold nothing against your employee (a tall Indian gentleman). He was calm, however he didn't say anything and let them abuse me openly in the store for around 2 minutes. Reverse the genders and the cops would probably have been called if I verbally spat to her, what she did to me. Disgusting behaviour was just allowed in the store. This woman should be totally ashamed berating people only trying to do their jobs. You are shameful and an awful person if you read this. I write this for management to see. Happened today around 2pm 9th Jan 2026. Thank you.
