I’m really disappointed to be writing this because Burger Road is usually excellent, and I’ve always enjoyed the food.
I recently ordered the mac and cheese bites and even left a positive review on DoorDash after my initial meal. Later, when reheating a leftover bite, I found a sharp piece of hard plastic inside the food. Unfortunately, it injured my mouth, which was both painful and pretty upsetting.
Food safety is so important, and finding plastic in a meal is not something anyone expects, especially from a place with such a good reputation. I genuinely hope this was a one-off incident, but it has definitely shaken my confidence.
I’m sharing this so it can be taken seriously and hopefully prevented from happening to someone else in the future.

Oooft. Been a while since I’ve had a good Burger and Burger Road delivered the goods. This is a five star establishment. From the personalised service (great recommendations on the menu) to the clean interior, and of course - the burgers. Smashed patties on the Plain Jane were to perfection. Plenty of special sauce on the burger. The quality of the assembly and components of the Station Street shone through. We went with the basic options to begin with but will be back to get through what appears to be an excellent menu. Did I mention the chips are excellent too - crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. Tip: Ask for some special sauce to use as dip!

Absolutely delicious!
Burger Road in Plenty is hands-down one of the best burger joints around. The quality of their ingredients really stands out – everything tastes fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. I tried the Fire Extinguisher burger and wow... it’s a serious flavour bomb! Spicy, juicy, and packed with just the right kick – definitely lives up to its name. If you're into bold flavours and love a bit of heat, this one’s a must-try. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're craving a top-tier burger experience!

The guy was working solo during peak lunch time and handled everyone’s orders w EXCELLENT customer service and calm. He was a wizard in the kitchen too and got everyone’s orders out so quick. Absolute legend! Highly recommend… keen to try the “Fire Extinguisher” burger next

Visiting from Sydney and was showing my partner around my home town of Diamond Creek nearby we drive past and stopped in. Owner was really lovely and obviously takes pride in his restaurant. Amazing service. Try the cheesey fries, you will not be disappointed! Everything was hot and fresh. Thank you so much, would leave more stars for the service if possible!
