Hi, I have been eating star kebab since i have moved to west area in 2019. I have recommended star kebab to so many people. Today i was tired from work and couldn’t think of any place other than star kebab. I was very excited to eat chicken HSP extra chicken. I went to eat at about 3:30am. TBH, this is the first time when I didn’t like the food at all. The food was really really greasy and it was actually soaking in oil. I told the front staff who was taking the order to not put alot of cheese but xtra chicken. I am a chef and I am forced to write this cz I know the value of people money. I will definitely go back and order again from star kebab and give them a chance to redeem themselves.

My husband ordered a chicken kebab for me the other day, but we received the wrong meat. I texted Star Kebab right away and they replied that same night. When we went back tonight they gave us a replacement kebab plus another one for free. On top of that, when we bought a family HSP, they only charged us half price, $15 for everything. Talk about outstanding customer service and recovery.
I wanted to take a photo of the food for this review, but my husband ate it straight away as usual. He just can’t help it. The food never disappoints, the service is amazing, and they truly value their customers. Highly highly recommend Star Kebab!

Staff were nice and service was quick, only waited around 15 minutes. We spent $44 for one kebab and a family HSP. The taste is consistent, but the serving has really gone down compared to before. Even Ibee’s kebab feels heavier and more filling for a cheaper price, and their overflowing $18 HSP can definitely compete with Star’s $30 barely-full family HSP, even in taste. Star Kebab undeniably delivers on flavour, but portions need to step up with plenty of competition nearby.
