Populus Cafe delivers a truly exceptional brunch experience. The food is beautifully presented, full of flavour, and cooked to perfection using fresh, high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with excellent coffee to match. A big shout-out to all the chefs, especially Chef Sangam, for their friendliness, passion, and amazing work in the kitchen. The best thing about this place was the beef burger and chips...the coffee was very bitter more so than usual. The chicken burger wasnt for me as it was too sweet but it might be to others taste. The service wasnt the best. They have a sign that says wait here at the front but you end up waiting a while to be seated and when they come to seat you, the waiter said sit wherever...could have done that from the get go to be honest. The food was quick and same with the coffee but the coffee wasn't great as i mentioned...too bitter. The beef burger was fabulous hence the higher review.
Overall it was okish. Needs a bit of work if I'm honest.

Been here a few times but today’s lunch was delicious. My friends and I had Calamari salad, Lamb salad and the Nourish bowl. Wasn’t too busy at 1230pm, staff were attentive and today we had gorgeous weather so eating inside or outside were good choices also. Can’t wait to try more dishes Populus!!

Came to Populus cafe for breakfast today. So happy with service and delicious food. We are vegetarian and food we had was so delicious and flavourful. We had Mediterranean bruschetta and big breakfast. 5 stars for everything. We will be back

Went to this cafe but just basically got 2 sourdough bread with avocado for 32$ stacked one on top of the other making it next to impossible to cut, the bread avo toast for sluggish and cold, scrambled egg was undercooked and smelled yukky, We spent over 100$
and were still hungry . Never going back to this restaurant again 😕
Portion sizes are very small. Full marks on presentation, but they could do so much better with overall taste and serving the food hot.
