Have tried this multiple times thinking I must have been unlucky, but my experience has consistently been that the coffee here has an unpleasant bitter taste. A good coffee can be strong and flavourful while still having a smooth finish - Piccolo’s coffee is not that. I find they are surpassed by other local coffee options… and the overall standard of coffee in Diamond Creek is not high to begin with.

A quaint little coffee shop with total 100% character. There's not much room but it's really cosy. They specialise in coffee, seasonal sustainable and GREAT. Well worth a stop on your trip in this area.

Nice little cafe, hidden in the corner. Excellent service and very good coffee. The smooth music in the background and the lovely interior gives a very warm and cosy backdrop while you have a coffee and something sweet - like (if I may recommend) an apple crumble with ice cream or a fruit toast. There's outdoor seating as well, which should be quite nice in good weather. Plenty of power points available if you need to work or entertain yourself (or just recharge your toys) while you sip through that coffee. On the down side, there aren't many parking spaces in front of the cafe so may have to park across the road or a bit further away during peak times.
