I was just at the shop and bought my favourite chicken mushroom pie ..
I asked the male staff if there's any restroom around as I'm 9 months pregnant and needed to loo.
He allowed me to use the staff toilet as there was no public toilet around..
I really appreciate the kind gesture of that male staff which meant a lot to me ..I forgot to ask his name..
Thanks to the staff again...

I had a look at others reviews and find out that lot of complaints about the discrimination of the staff. Yes, there is one female Indian staff who is lack of customer service and working experience. She speaks on her mobile phone with speaker on when she works. She seems nice to Australian Caucasian, she doesn’t talk to other people especially Asian customers at all. I filmed her attitude and actions couple of times when I paid for fuel here. I assume I will get automatically replied back by United Petrol customer service team and that’s all. I am expecting company to investigate this matter and take some actions for your own sake.

Extremely arrogant staff wanted to rob my 10 cents!!! Agreed the displayed price was different than that on the system... but the till attendant should know the price of the product. When I asked for 10 cents back, she was so rude and arrogant as if I have caught her in the act of theft.
