I went in today (15/12/2025) and filled a full tank of petrol. The lady at the counter had horrible customer service it felt like she was forced to be there. I understand people can have bad days, but this was ridiculous.
I also ordered a sausage roll and a donut. The sausage roll was served cold, and to make things worse, I found a hair in my last bite of the donut, which was absolutely revolting.
If 0 stars were an option, I would definitely choose it.

I had broken down here on a windy day in my loan car, and the female staff was lovely enough to have me waiting in the store, deinking my coffee while i waited for my mechanic to come.
Amazed how many items were in store, in case you needed things for your car such as wipers, trailer connector etc.
The store was tody and fully stocked. They had large cakes in there too, great for this3 last-minute birthday's.

coffee machine all ways out needs mike or a maintenance program run. but staff always playing on there phones. customer service low. poorly run bad management at the top. good coffee and price ok but not run right. just there again today no coffee off to 7-elven up the road again coffee machine work and staff all working hard. back today for coffee 21/3/2024 coffee machine stop 1/2 way. just walk out and got coffee down the road again

Great service. My car had a tow bar and I didn't see a sign saying I couldn't go through the car wash with it on (apparently it can damage the rotating tentacles),VIKKAS REDDY an employee came to my aid and as I was already committed he operated the car wash manually for me to overcome the issue, he could have made me reverse out,he saved the day🙏
