Coffee was great especially the butter cream flavoured coffee They also do babychino , my dog loved it , pls let them know it’s for the dog , that way they will avoid the chocolate

Wonderful cream brûlée and gelato ice cream - and some chocolate balls - tasty NewYork cheesecake and ice cream - highly recommended after a nice meal! The customer care was amazing - thanks for prompt service!

It’s truly impressive how a place that serves something as sweet as churros can manage to offer service so bitter. My mum, who speaks limited English but is always exceptionally polite, was treated as if basic manners were too much to ask. No smile, no patience — and apparently, even acknowledging a “thank you” is above the staff’s pay grade. If the store is understaffed, perhaps consider hiring one more person rather than relying on sheer rudeness to speed things up. Nothing ruins a dessert outing quite like being made to feel unwelcome. Congratulations 👏 this visit was certainly memorable, though for all the wrong reasons.

Azka was very helpful and made the ordering experience easy considering that we ordered altered drinks. She was very friendly and recommended a better option which, for our best liking and we ended up enjoying it a lot. Despite the great customer experience, I must express my disdain for the lack of lactose free chocolate options considering the amount of lactose intolerant people there are, otherwise this was a very good experience.
