Very disappointed with the Tiramisu cake I bought from The Cheesecake Shop in Point Cook. When we got home, the cake was completely frozen inside. After leaving it out so we could serve it, we realised it wasn’t fresh at all — the texture and taste clearly showed it had been sitting in a freezer for a long time. It can be seen in my photo.
For the price and reputation, I expected much better. Unfortunately, this cake was not worth it, and I won’t be buying from here again.
DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP IF YOU AFTER FRESH CAKE !!

Had a great experience at The Cheesecake Shop in Point Cook!
We called ahead to check if they had a Cookies and Cream cake, and we were really thankful that they had one ready for pickup.
The service was professional and friendly, making the process smooth. While the wait time was a little longer than I’d have liked (probably because I was in a rush), it was well worth it.
The interior is spacious, allowing plenty of room to stand while waiting without getting in the way of other customers browsing the wide variety of cakes on display. I also loved the selection of toppers and accessories available on the walls—great for adding a personal touch to any cake.
Would definitely return for another delicious cake!

A huge Thankyou to all the staff at the Cheesecake Shop - Featherbrook, Point Cook for creating the most beautiful cake for my daughter’s 16th Birthday. The cake is absolutely stunning and we are so grateful. Each and every staff member that we have dealt with had been lovely too. Thanks again - highly recommend.

During my first time at the shop, Zayd guided me through the menu - I ended up getting the marble cheesecake and wild berry cheesecake—hands down the best cheesecake I’ve ever had! On my second visit, he even surprised my little nephew with a free cake pop. Thank you for the incredible desserts and even better customer service! Will definitely be back again for more cheesecake!! 🥲🍰

Can recommend the tiramisu cake - very fresh, just the right amount of coffee flavour.
The tradies, in family, raved about the yummy and fudgy Black Bavarian mud cake.
The prices are solidly good.
