We have ordering cakes from this shop for couple of years now and we have been disappointed . This is year we ordered custom princess cake from my daughter’s 4 year birthday and my oh my … the cake looked so beautiful and exactly the same as we wanted… it was nit only pretty cake but delicious at the same time .. all of my guests loved the cake. It was yummy soft and fresh … THANK YOU so much Ravneet from the shop who took our order. She was very patient and looked after us so well, we are so happy cheers thanks again xx

I had ordered a frozen theme Elsa cake for my daughter’s 5th B’day. We were completely satisfied and happy with the product. My daughter was overwhelmed seeing it. It was beautiful n very delicious.

This cheesecake shop is by far one of the worse experiences i have ever had with the franchise. Upon entering, you are greeted with bugs all around the front, creating not only a disgusting environment, but also an unsafe food environment, considering the fact that they’re cakes are right there on display as well as their treats fridge.
As well as this unwavering environment, the cakes also lack. All of the cheesecake shops i have frequented, their continental cheesecakes, all have a layer of jam on the inside as advertised, yet it seems like the werribee shop, disregards this and does it their own way.
Another instance i have had with this shop, is food poisoning, and lack of cleanliness, and while looking at the other reviews, it seems like i am not the only one, many others have also experienced food poisoning from this shop, as well as reused boxes, creating high cross contamination, you can clearly see the dirtiness of this shop, without even stepping into the back.

Mr Arpan was so supportive, innovative and most importantly delivered a perfectly gorgeous cake. A highly recommended Triple C cake - chocolate, coffee and caramel blend.
Such a visually stunning and yet such amazing texture and flavour, makes it tough to describe, instead one should taste it to feel elated ;)

Beware of this store and new management. Rude and ill mannered staff.
They will charge you different prices on different occasions. This is dishonesty.
They charged me 6$ extra for writing on a cake which when I enquired, the girl staff became aggressive and when I spoke to her Owner over the call she agreed that I was overcharged and for that particular cake they don’t charge writing and due to may be some staff is still under training and that she will return me $6 back.
When I finished the call the staff threaten me that we will now call the cops and give money in front of the cops. I stayed there with my 4 years old son and wife waiting for cops and when cops arrived they were laughing on them that they should know we have more important stuff to do. They will also serve them a notice to avoid any such kind of calls again.
Beware guys, this store has lost its reputation. Wasted everyone’s time.
