Augustus Gelatery Point Cook is absolutely fantastic! The gelato here is rich, creamy, and full of flavour β€” you can really taste the quality in every scoop. They have an amazing range of flavours, from classics to fun, creative options, and everything tastes super fresh. The store is bright, clean, and has a really welcoming vibe. The staff are friendly, patient, and happy to let you sample before choosing (which definitely helps with so many great flavours!). A perfect spot for a treat with family or friends. Highly recommend!

They have a great range of different ice cream flavours, including dairy-free options. The workers were lovely, and the environment was cozy. It's a great place to go for dessert :)

The worst place i’ve ever been i will never go back! Their store is extremely dirty and i have seen little bugs and hair strands in the icecream, the staff is so rude and the portion sizes are ridiculous. Werribee store is so much better than this place and their portion sizes are much bigger. I’ve heard some of the young girls that work there getting yelled at out the back and leave crying because the owner was yelling at her for her scooping size being too big when it hadn’t even filled up the cup. I can only imagine the way things are run at this place and i don’t support it.

I bought a $70 ice cream cake yesterday, but was charged $81.5 without any prior notice. There were no signs or verbal warnings regarding 15% public holiday surcharge anywhere in the store. The young staff clearly haven't been trained properly on how to handle transactions or customer service. To make matters worse, they didn't even provide an itemized receipt. When I asked for one, they handed me a piece of paper that only showed the total amount ($81) without any breakdown of the charges. This lacks basic transparency and I am disappointed with how they handle their pricing and customers. If you’re going to charge extra, at least have the decency to inform your customers and train your staff.

Have been to the store recently and had a pleasent experience. We always loved their flavours, but the new management seems to have turned around customer experience as well. The staff was patient and allowed us to try out new flavours before deciding on the order, all with a smile. This is back to being our favourite spot for ice creams now.
