Not a great first experience at this Breadtop location. All of the food was pushed together and squished into only a couple cabinets instead of spread out around the store as usual. This made the wait time longer and the area so crowded as only one person at a time could see and select what they wanted and even then, the options weren't as vast as other breadtop stores. The woman at the counter didnt speak at all and this comes across as rude. But the final let down was the food itself, specifically the Milk De Crunch, it didnt look appealing and was very dry, the filling itself was also a let down, hardly any (compared to other breadtops) and inconsistent sizing. This isnt living up to the breadtop name that we all know and love. Also if I may make a final suggestion.... perhaps the breads can be placed in the clear bag while on display, prior to picking with tongs. I've seen this done at other Breadtop stores and it makes the goods easier to handle and the environment more hygienic.

The shop is next to Aldi in Werribee plaza shopping centre. A small place however mostly crowded and congested. However staff is nice. I bought the puppy cake and it was delicious. Not too sweet and chocolate was great. Kids loved it for the looks and taste. Would definitely try again. Lot of other bread options.

Every time I see Breadtop, I just have to go in—can’t resist the temptation of the pork floss bun. There’s something beautiful about traditional Asian sweet and savoury breads. Sure, they’re not the healthiest with all those calories, but indulging once in a while is totally worth it for the happiness it brings.

I bought some breads and a custard, it looked great until I tried the custard tart. The tart shell was under baked, flour is led ton your tongue when you take a bite. They should at least check products after baking , before selling them to customers. Quite disappointed

I ordered chocolate puppy cake for my dog’s birthday and no doubt it was as yummy as it looked. The bread was soft and fresh. Everyone loved it. Amazing creativity with great taste. Have always loved to visit here for breads and sweets, now I can come for cakes too!
