Anchl provides outstanding customer service every time I visit this Hungry Jack’s. She’s consistently professional, attentive, and ensures orders are accurate and timely. The store is well-run, clean, and welcoming, and her leadership and work ethic clearly set a high standard.

Absolutely shocking. I ordered two Smokehouse burgers and waited far too long for what turned out to be a complete letdown. One burger had no bacon at all. The other had a single, sad slice barely hanging on. Both were tiny, dry, and looked like they’d been slapped together in a rush. Honestly, they were pathetic.
When I raised the issue, the manager glanced at one of the burger and said, “There’s bacon in there.” No apology, no offer to fix it—just denial. I wasn’t looking for a debate over lunch, but I had to go back and still got zero remorse. The lack of care was astonishing.
For comparison, I had the same burger at Hungry Jack’s Highpoint recently, and it was miles better—properly made, full-sized, and actually enjoyable. Truganina’s version? Embarrassing.
This store clearly doesn’t care about quality or customer experience. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If you value your time, your money, or your taste buds—go elsewhere.

Possibly the dirtiest fast food restaurant I have visited in some time. It was about 8pm on a Saturday evening but was not busy. Bins were overflowing, tables covered in wrappers, old food, etc. Admittedly, the clientele in this area would be hard work - Wyndham is an area where litter, rubbish dumping and leaving crap on nature strips is par for the course, so it would be too much to expect that customers would clean up their tables. The food was merely a pass, looked like it had been thrown in the bag from across the room, and then sat on. Avoid. There are lots of much better options. The franchisee of this 'restaurant' could clearly not care less. Neither should you.

Food tasted good but unfortunately the drive thru strikes again with under filled chips and no sauces. If I wanted small chips I would have ordered them.

I love whopper but unfortunately today I ate at the worst store ever. The employees were talking and singing to each other, it was too noisy to eat in the store. The floors, tables, and chairs were not cleaned. I would not go back to this place.
