Never like to rate kfc but after tonight if waiting 25 mins of no one telling me that their cooker for original chicken is broken (New meme to McDonald broken ice cream machine?).
They even ask for 5 star reviews in exchange for freebie: not good
Apparently can’t refunds online order at store.
However the chicken was fresh cook so that save them 2 stars.

honestly the worst kfc i’ve been to, ordered a hot and crispy go bucket and got a depressing portion , I can literally fit my whole hand in the cup and when I asked about it the guy just said that he portioned it. just put the fries in the cup waste of money.

KFC Hoppers Crossing 2 is a terrible place for your favorite KFC food .
Normally I go there in night to have food and the issue is they clean and wind up chairs staring 8 pm onwards while the store closes at 10 PM .
I reached at 8:40 pm photos are attached for reference.
I can't understand a international brand not offering services to seat well before 2 hours of closing.
The wooden ones are there to seat while the cushion ones are all wind up .
A person having medical condition like me who can't seat on wooden or hard seats it's a major issue .
This time I complained to store manager that the female staff who was cleaning refused to allow us seat and i said i will complain she said i don't care .
The KFC management should look into this matter as it is damaging their reputation.

good experience the manager on shift was very friendly i don’t know her name i think it started with a V but it was a easy and quick transaction and also helped me understand what came in what i ordered as i was abit unsure, would also bring my kids here to eat as the atmosphere is very good and acceptable.

If I could put a minus for service u would, store had no customer service at all. I watched as an elderly couple stood at the counter for 15 minutes with no service and left! The store wasn't even busy! We walked in to kids with bikes play fighting. Asked for eat in table service, no one was in the shop and I still had to go collect my own food. No one was at the counter at all, we waited 20 mins for a straw and plates for our kids and ended having to get it ourselves! Pathetic store!
