I have now tried cakes from here a few times, and here’s my take:
The half kg butterscotch cake was a bit too sweet, especially with the sugar coating on the side. If they used nuts or some other kind of crunch, it might be closer to the taste we get back in India.
The 1 kg mango cake was very disappointing — the mango threads were coming out, almost like the seed was crushed with the mango, and the flavor felt overly synthetic.
However, the half kg Rasmalai cake was amazing — fresh, flavorful, and just perfect.
Overall, some cakes are excellent, while others need improvement. Packaging is solid.

We are absolutely thrilled with the cake we received! It looked exactly like the design we provided—beautifully decorated with bees and flowers, just perfect in every detail. The craftsmanship was amazing, and the presentation exceeded our expectations. Not only was it stunning to look at, but the taste was truly out of this world—every bite was delicious and memorable. I asked for one simple thing, and after years of trusting this place, I truly expected better. I’ve been coming here for so long, but this time they let us down in the worst way—on a day that meant so much to us. The cake, and the whole experience, left us completely disappointed. It honestly felt like they lacked basic common sense and care, and that hurt more than anything.
The first blow was the order timing. I specifically asked for Friday at 6 PM, yet they prepared the cake on Thursday morning without any explanation. When I asked them about it, instead of understanding or apologizing, I was met with rudeness. It shocked me. And when I questioned them further, they tried to twist the situation and claim I was yelling. It was so upsetting and unfair. Only when I pointed out how they spoke to my partner did they finally stop trying to cover up their behavior.
After years of loyalty, this experience left us feeling hurt, disrespected, and completely let down—especially on a day that was supposed to be special.

Absolutely loved the cake! The flavour was perfect and the quality was amazing. A special shout-out to Daman for the beautiful handwriting on the cake — the way she wrote the name was so neat and elegant. Really made the cake feel extra special. Highly recommend this place! 🎂✨
