I went to pick my food, there were 6-7 staff members 3 were just standing talking to each other. My food was ready on front table no one packed it. One staff member put cheese slice on girl hair and start making burger without changing gloves.

Absolutely disgusting service, a young man was too busy drinking his own drink that he casually said hi and walked straight past us.
Scratching his head and wiping his nose before someone even considered serving us, at that point in time especially being pregnant I new it was safer to go somewhere else due to the poor hygiene from staff whilst patrons were standing there watching about to order their food.

This is the third time I’ve had a disappointing experience with the veggie burger.
First time: I ordered extra mayo, but there was no mayo at all.
Second time: The cheese was overheated, and the burger was literally soggy....tomato sauce was littrey outside
Third time: The veggie patties were so hard they felt like wood completely inedible.
On top of that, the customer service is very poor. The staff seem more interested in laughing and chatting with each other than serving customers properly.
Very poor quality and experience overall.

A Tasty Experience at Hungry Jack's Berwick😋
I recently visited Hungry Jack's in Berwick and was impressed by the excellent customer service! The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our order was just right😊.
The food was delicious too! The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the crispy chips were a perfect side. Overall, a great experience that I'd definitely recommend.

My sister and I are very frequent customers of this hungry jacks because it is right on our route to work. I had a coffee this morning, it was so good I had to come and give a honest 5 star review. This is our favourite hungry jacks. The food is fresh. The coffees are spot on. The staff are so polite and friendly. Keep up the great work, you guys make a difference in someone’s day when you provide such amazing coffees!! Thank you!!
