If I could give this store a zero I would. We’ve given the staff there the benefit of the doubt a few times now but tonight is a different story. We ordered medium cheeseburger meal, cheeseburger on its own and a large McChicken meal. Firstly, chips were absolutely stale and cold, not edible, the cheeseburger meal came with NO MEAT PATTY!!! And the cheeseburger on its own can with pickles when it clearly stated no pickles!! And to top it all off there were no straws for the drinks. Who manages this store!! Who keeps their staff accountable? We paid $42 for absolute garbage!! Train your staff, do better!!!

Second worst Maccas I have been to in recent times. Pictures are copies but this one was just as bad if not worse to indicate how bad Maccas are getting. Shame on you McDonalds!

Booked a room for a birthday party in the evening. The room hadn’t been cleaned from the last party that was there. There was was food everywhere on the floor, tables and chairs hadn’t been wiped down and drink spillage could be seen on furniture (can only imagine the last time this was cleaned) and liquid stains near rubbish area plus a huge rubbish bag. A family member of mine had approached staff for cleaning products and without hesitation they were happy for us to clean the mess. This was disappointing to see, there seemed to be plenty of staff and I would’ve hoped that one of them would’ve have come out to clean it before we used it. Need to do better with hygiene and work on getting the glass door fixed that is smashed before it gets worse (the entry door into playground from party room) as this seems to be very hazardous. Though hygiene levels were way below standard, the service and food was still good.

Today, I was going to work early in the morning, so I bought a coffee from
McDonald's on the way.
The coffee was really nice and very tasty. Thanks for that.The staff there was also very good.
Their behavior was really nice and pleasant.
They make very good food.

Do McDonalds just promote managers because they exist? Some people shouldn’t be promoted into management, especially if you can’t manage. Waited 45 mins for our food. Turns out they lost the order. The manager would speak to us and just continued doing……….. absolutely nothing………. Then they couldn’t find the order in the system. Asked us for a receipt which we couldn’t give them because all the self serve checkouts didn’t have any paper loaded, which apparently is our fault because they got upset at us for it. In all honesty this is and has always been the worst Maccas I have been to. I feel sorry for the young’s girls at the front who where amazing and continued to tell the manager that we had been waiting so long but she didn’t seem to care. 0 stars!!!!!! Apart front the amazing 2 girls at the front.
