Pathetic food. We ordered manchurian and noodles. Manchurian was more like curry and uncooked kofte. Whereas noodles seems like burnt full of black colour. We asked the staff for cutlery 🥄 and she was so busy doing other households that she didn’t brought the cutlery. When we went to the counter there was no staff everyone was busy inside the kitchen. Even after ringing the bell again and again they took atleast 10 minutes to come and attend on the counter. We decided to walk out without having the food after having one bite each.
Also the audacity of the staff, we were charged for not eating at all.Such a poor customer service. I would never recommend this restaurant.

Excellent! Friendly service, great fresh food, and the fact that they are open 24/7 and yet don't compromise on the quality is truly remarkable. The chole bhature, pav bhaji and veg Manchurian were excellent. Thali dishes were decent as well. Will definitely be back!

Very disappointing experience.
We visited yesterday and asked for chilled water, but were told it was not available. With the outside temperature around 33 to 38°C, this was quite shocking. If you want cold water, you must pay extra then is chilled water available 😔.
Nothing seemed fresh. There were no plates or cutlery available, if you needed them, you had to help yourself. Curries were served without spoons, which is unacceptable.
The food had no taste at all and was full of vegetable oil. We requested a samosa, and it arrived completely soaked in oil, so much that even the plate was filled with oil.
The curries tasted old, and I honestly don’t know how many days they had been sitting in the restaurant.
I complained to the staff, but their response was not helpful or satisfactory.
In simple words, I wasted my money.
If you want to improve this restaurant, must consider this.
Very disappointed. Your video clips do not reflect the actual quality of your food.

They gave us the bland daal (not even pinch of salt in it) on the contrary the paneer was way too salty such a big time waste to explain it to them they indirectly said that I was lying by saying "oh our chef and other staff member tried it it’s ok "LOL as if people have extra time to spend on this nuisance after their 8 hours shift bruh !! Sadly we had to bin the whole food as the third sabji was not edible (as per to the normal person’s eating standards ) not their staff’s taste buds lol . When we complained about it they replaced it with the mix veg that looked like it was rotten in hell (fried too deep or in overused oil ) and bro who put deep fried Bhindi in mix veg so apparently what they did they put all their leftovers together for us thinking they are out smarting us . And they served another alternative without even my consent as if they don’t know how serious food allergies can get . Please guys educate yourself on food safety first thing .

Used to be a good place but no now the quality of food as well as service has been really disappointing.
Specially if visiting during night it's terrible!
Food so low quality sometimes stale sometimes burnt! Service pathetic as well.!
Please work on it!
