I can't believe it. They are charging customers for a 'holiday charge,' which makes me hesitant to visit again, especially during holidays. If the charges stay the same, I prefer to eat elsewhere on holidays. Aside from that, the service is good, and the food is consistently enjoyable. However, my biggest disappointment remains the holiday charges.
All restaurants usually do good business on holidays, so they don't need to charge customers extra. This is what I believe.

Consistently good food. Chicken was fresh and well cooked, garlic sauce never misses, and the service was quick even during busy times. Staff were polite, enthusiastic, friendly and the place was clean.

I ordered a Chick Skewer Roll and was very disappointed. As shown in the photo, the roll contained only three very small pieces of chicken, with the rest made up almost entirely of salad and chips. That’s not what you expect when ordering a chicken roll. The food also arrived at a poor temperature, which made the overall quality worse. For the price paid, this did not represent value for money and did not match what was advertised.
I raised this through the delivery app with photos, but no refund was provided. I’m posting this so others are aware and so the business can improve portion consistency and quality.

While the food has always been great at El Jannah, the purpose of my review today is to shout out to one of their team members - Sandrine. She is an absolute breath of fresh air - working with the biggest smile on her face, greeting everyone while taking orders and clearing tables, and an absolute star at up selling - I bought something that I didn't even want to buy!
Thank you Sandrine and keep doing what you are doing. You should also be training more team members on how to provide such great service!

Second time trying Eljannah Craigieburn and we have been let down again. Last time we ordered half our items didn’t turn up and uber wouldn’t do anything about it then surprise surprise can’t call the store itself to complain or resolve either. Now tonight 1 of our items was missing and same story no one could help us. We look at the food that has turned up and the chicken rolls are like slop. Full of brown disgusting lettuce and soggy tomato that I wouldn’t feed to my dog. Very disappointed. Thought maybe the first time could have been a one off and would give it the benefit of the doubt to try again but never again.
