Thumbs up 👍🏻to the day shift girls as it was probably the best meal I had ever had there.
5th Jan 2026 3pm. Excellent customer service with a first time being greeted , service with a smile and the burrito pack was professionally made and not put together in a rush. First time seeing someone actually emptying the bin as it's always full every time I visit.
If that team worked for me I be paying them all well above the award wage and more shift hours.

We’ve never had a bad meal here, the food is tasty and the staff are super friendly. We’ve never eaten in but the drive thru is efficient. It’s fast, yum and affordable for what you get!

The best Taco Bell I have visited during my stay in Melbourne. The staff are friendly and very helpful, the atmosphere here is great too. The chips, the tacos are served in a good size and portions.
Definetly will visit again the next time I am visiting Melbourne.

Store was a little dirty, but did observe the team working away quite busily behind the scenes, and they started to clean things up towards my meal end.
Very good customer service. Polite and friendly. Meal ready before I even filled my drink.
The stuffed chicken buritto and chips served hot, fresh with great taco bell taste.
Seating layout is quite good.
